Have you ever noticed people (usually of the younger type) with gorgeous long eyelashes? Most people notice them with envy. Other people are born with these long lush eye lashes and lose them over time. Some people weren’t so lucky and have always had thin shorter lashes. There are those who have a condition similar to dandruff only of the eye lid causing them to have few eyelashes and red lids. First purchase a small bottle of baby shampoo. Every morning and every evening splash warm water on the eye, lashes and saturate. Then take a small dab the size of one half the size of a pea of baby shampoo on the tips of your fingers and rub both eyes back and forth side ways over the lashes keeping the eyes closed (not so tightly you cant get to the rims.) Rub 20 times briskly over the rims from the inner corner to the outer corner and rinse and dry. After a few weeks when you are satisfied with the appearance of your lashes cut this down to once a day. Any flaky, red rims should disappear. Simple yes?
Buy a metal eyelash curler and when your lashes are dry, heat the curler slightly by lying it a few inches from a hair dryer that is also lying down. It only takes about a minute. Check to make sure the curler is not too hot before you curl the lases as you normally would. Look at the long lasting curls you now have with all these new lashes!

Pull the bottom area of your face (the cheeks) up and push your eyes and eyebrows down together as tightly as you can. Keep them closed this way for 30 seconds then repeat this motion over and over again. It is easier to do it to music and repeat with each beat and hold. Once you have developed the muscles around the entire eye not only will you see better but the folds and wrinkles will decrease too. The eyes are entirely surrounded by muscles that weaken and shrink when not exercised. This exercise will build the muscles causing the skin to stretch out over the larger muscle and pull out the wrinkle.
There is a saying “you are what you eat” and this is true. If you are aware of what you are feeding your body and make a conscious effort to put what makes it work and grow better then it will. Foods such as fish oil and raw nuts if eaten every day will make a difference in the hair no matter where on your body including your head and eyes.
